Five coaching sessions (1 hr each) with coach Roberto Erario to identify solutions for your team key dysfunctions: 

  1. Absence of Trust – What can you do to have your team members become more open with each other
  2. Fear of Conflict – Lack of trust results in teams that are incapable of having unfiltered, passionate debates about things that matter, causing team members to avoid conflict, and replacing it with an artificial harmony. During our coaching you will learn how to promote healthier conflicts.
  3. Lack of Commitment – Without conflict, it is not easy for team members to commit and buy-in to decisions, resulting in an environment where ambiguity prevails. If this is your team challenge, then we’ll work on approaches to obtain clear commitment in each meeting.
  4. Avoidance of Accountability – Without commitment, you can’t have accountability: “people aren’t going to hold each other accountable if they haven’t clearly bought into the plan”. Let’s find ways to ensure supportive accountability that does not feel like blaming each other, but supporting the team.
  5. Inattention to Results – Without accountability, team members naturally tend to look out for their own interests, rather than the interests of the team. We’ll choose a system that works for your company’s style and identify the ingredients for more visibiilty of the teams results.
